Home-Made Tartar Sauce



Ingredients:


1 cup Mayonnaise
1/4 cup Sweet Relish, minced
2 tbsp Big Onion, minced
1 tbsp Capers
2 tbsp Dijion Mustard
1 tsp Fresh Lemon Juice
1/4 tsp Salt
2 tsp Sugar
1 tbsp Fresh Parsley Leaves




Directions:

  1. In a big bowl, stir together all ingredients.  
  2. Refrigerate at least 4 hours before serving. 
  3. Serve with Beer Battered Fish and Chips.
